That’s why we’re dedicated to minimizing our environmental footprint through sustainable practices across our operations and supply chain

Our Actions

100% Renewable Energy & Green Operations

Electrical Transportation & EV Charging Stations

We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint by integrating electric vehicles into our fleet and installing accessible on-site EV charging.

Zero Waste, 100% Landfill Diversion

All waste is managed sustainably, with damaged and unsellable clothing items repurposed for materials or donated for reuse.

100% Recycled & Reused Materials

We work with suppliers who incorporate modern, sustainable textiles, including organic cotton, recycled polyester, and responsibly sourced fibers, while reducing environmental impact at every stage of the supply chain.

Zero Single-Use
Plastics

We work with suppliers who incorporate modern, sustainable textiles, including organic cotton, recycled polyester, and responsibly sourced fibers, while reducing environmental impact at every stage of the supply chain.

Our Sustainable Partners

We believe that sustainability starts with responsible sourcing. That’s why we partner with others who share our commitment to ethical and environmentally friendly practices.

Ethically Produced, Fairly Made

Our commitment to sustainability means prioritising fair labor practices, sustainable materials, and carbon-conscious operations across our entire supply chain. Our partners are certified for their social and environmental responsibility, including meeting rigorous B Corp standards, which ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and ethical business practices

Every manufacturer we work with complies with strict supplier standards that focus on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, minimizing water usage, and eliminating unnecessary waste throughout production.

Sustainably Sourced & Recycled Materials

Many of our blazers are made from 100% recycled polyester, with recycled outer fabric, lining, labels, buttons, and packaging, supporting a circular fashion model.

Our shirts, blouses, trousers, and skirts incorporate a blend of recycled polyester and responsibly sourced cotton, reducing reliance on virgin materials while maintaining high-quality, long-lasting wear.

Supporting Environmental Initiatives

We are proud to partner with suppliers who actively contribute to global reforestation efforts through their collaboration with Ecologi. This initiative ensures that for every blazer sold, a tree is planted, helping to restore biodiversity, absorb carbon emissions, and combat deforestation.

By working with Ecologi, our supply partners support verified climate action projects worldwide, funding initiatives that protect ecosystems and promote a healthier planet.

Our Waste Management

To achieve our waste management goals, we’ve partnered with JM Murdoch, a family-run waste management company based here in Glasgow. JM Murdoch is dedicated to increasing recycling efforts and utilizes strategic transport planning for efficient and cost-effective travel, further reducing their environmental impact.

Our Continuous Improvement

Aspire Academy Glasgow is proud to partner with EcoVadis, a global leader in sustainability assessments. We recognise our responsibility to promote sustainable practices and contribute to a better future. This partnership allows us to benchmark our performance, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement in our environmental, social, and ethical impact.
